Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unique and Practical Essential Oil Uses

1. Aromatherapy

Your oil diffuser is a great option for using essential oils for aromatherapy.

2. Around the House

Deodorizing your garbage by putting a few drops of citrus essential oil on a cotton ball in the bottom of the bag. The oil will help to neutralize the odor and you can opt out of the awful scented bags from the store.

3. Health Remedies & Healing

Combine cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus, lemon and rosemary oils into a small spray bottle filled with water, shake well and spray hands as needed. Detoxifying your body by enhancing your Epsom salt bath with rosemary and juniper essential oils.

4. For the Heart and Soul

Essential oils are great for your mental and emotional health too. Try –Boosting Focus when you’re working or studying with a little spritz of peppermint or spearmint essential oil mixed with water from a spray bottle. Staying Alert with a quick whiff of rosemary essential oil instead of having that extra coffee.

Precautions

For external use only and avoid contact with eyes.

Do not use 100% pure essential oil only. You need to add base oil to dilute.

Keep tightly sealed and store in cool, dry place.

Discontinue if irritation occurs.

Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.For example, the Spanish Islands are in a remote area and cannot be shipped.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
