Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Earthy Scents:

Vetiver: Vetiver Essential Oil, a premium oil extracted from the roots of the Vetiveria zizanioides plant. Known for its strong and earthy aroma, our Vetiver Essential Oil offers a range of benefits for both the body and mind.

Patchouli: The shape of patchouli is similar to mint, and the leaves have a strong medicinal fragrance, which is the representative of oriental notes in the perfume. Patchouli oil essential oil has a low, earthy, and thick smell, which can soothe restlessness and bring peace of mind. Patchouli essential oil can stabilize mood.

How To Use

Diffuse: Blend Lavender essential oil with other floral oils, such as Sweet Orange or Bergamot essential oil for an unwinding night.

Skin Care: Lavender oil benefits massage and sleep. Mix a few drops with carrier oil to apply to the skin. Diluted with carrier oils, or mixed with lotion, cream, and shampoo.

DIY Scented Products: Can be mixed with essential oil DIY perfume, scented candles, bath bombs, soap, etc.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
